Rounds. 5 minutes. Rules: Fights going the distance will be judged solely by the referee. He will base the decision on style, aggression, control, advancement of position and submission attempts. Positions such as takedowns, guard passes, gaining full mount or back control etc. will be noted by the referee as well as penalties accrued from foul language, strikes and stalling to influence his decision. All submissions granted with the exeption of: Heel hooks Neck cranks (can opener) Finger and toe holds Illegal techniques: Fish hooking/Eye gouging Grabbing the ears Holding onto clothing Hair pulling Striking Spike slam (head first) Fights will be won (or stopped) through: Submission (verbal and physical) Unconsciousness Referee stoppage Referee decision
